Add a horse / foal
Click on the plus symbol at the top right to add a new horse or foal. The main difference between the two options is that the "Foal" option allows you to schedule the entire basic vaccination at the end of the entry.
You do not have to enter all the data of your horses immediately as you can add them later.
If the number of horses in your subscription is exceeded, a pop-up will appear. In this case, simply contact our support team to extend your subscription.
Search your horse stock
Click on the magnifying glass symbol to open the search.
You can search the horse stock by the following criteria:
- Name
- Pedigree
- Microchip number
- FEI number
- Life number
- Age
- Horse group
- Team
- Active / Archived
- Status (Present, Absent, Trying and Sold)
- Location
Detail page of each horse
Each horse has its own detail page where you can store the most relevant information.
You can also share the horse's data with an external person, view statistics and assign the horse to a horse group or team.
If you click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner, you can also archive (recommended) or delete (only possible for admins) the horse.
The detail page includes:
- Status (Present, Absent, Trial and Sold).
- Passport information
- Health data
- Photos
- Videos (connection to Youtube)
- Remarks
- Links to external pages
